Four stars because it's a pretty good collection. I found a lot of useful prompts here that sparked some really creative ideas. However, some of them were repetitive or just didn't work as well as advertised. A few were also quite basic, things I could have come up with myself. Overall, a decent resource, especially for the price, but don't expect miracles. It's a helpful starting point, but you'll still need to do your own work to refine and adapt the prompts.
